Touchdown- Survey Sez- 7/22/25

Tuesdays at Touchdown are an awesome time and this Tuesday was no exception.  We ended up with 9 teams joining us and fun was had by all.  Next week, at round 2 question 1, draw your favorite baseball player for your art bonus.

 

The first half of our game was fast and furious and full of points. Every squad except the one that joined a little late had at least 64 points. But our leaders were The Hamburglar, followed by Lenny’s Girl. The second half saw more of the same with squads lighting up the scoreboard. But no one could catch The Hamburglar heading into the final as they maintained their lead.

However, our final question was not easily conquered, save by one team. We had many bold wagers, but not many right answers, so the standings got a very big shakeup.  In the end, we had a squad who got a late start make the one of the greatest comebacks that the world has ever seen. The Pumas came all the way back at the last moment to claim victory!

Touchdown- Survey Sez- 3/25/25

Tuesdays at Touchdown are always a good time. We had a great crowd with 9 teams playing and everyone was in great spirits.  Draw a Flower  next week for your art bonus.  The first half was hotly contested and the lead was claimed early by our defending champions, The Terminated , followed closely by  Safe Word Tomahawk. The second half saw a ton of scoring and  Safe Word Tomahawk  jumped to the top of our leaderboard, trailed by The Super Hip Incredible Team.  In the end, a bold wager was required to claim our trophy and that is just what we got from The Super Hip Incredible Team and that's why they're the champs! 1.  The Super Hip Incredible Team  ($40 Prize) 2. Touchdown - Survey Sez - 5/28/24

Well we had a fun night last week at Touchdown Survey Sez...despite lighting failures lol. Chics and Dudes started us off with a great answer to the on time bonus question.  In round 2 I got to see some very nice pictures of fire hydrants. Next week to get those extra points for the super secret round 2 art bonus draw me an orange. (2 colors for 10 points - 1 color for 6 points) By the halftime Chics and Dudes had gotten themselves into first place and were looking to finish out the game on top. We had a lot of laughs along the way. So many silly answers to the questions. At the end of round 6, Salt n Peppa had gotten themselves into the top spot and it was looking like they could win for a second week in a row. As usual, the final question stumped everyone and the teams' wagers decided the winner. Congratulations to Salt n Peppa for a second win in a row! Chics and Dudes managed to secure second place and took home the second place prize.  As always, we had a great time last week ...

Touchdown- Survey Sez- 11/19/24

Tuesdays at Touchdown are tough to beat. We had a lively crew with as many as 13 teams playing at one point!  For your next art bonus at Round 2 Question 1, draw a microphone.  With so many teams contending, we came into the final question with a ton of high scores.
