Touchdown- Survey Sez- 8/5/25

Tuesdays at Touchdown are always a good time and once again, we proved that.  We had 9 teams join us with some fresh faces mixed in with the staples of Touchdown. Next week, at round 2 question 1, draw a window  for your art bonus.

 

The first half was full of laughs, points, and some almost socials. 7 teams had 64 points or more so obviously things were very competitive. Our leaders the defending champions, The In and Out of Towners.  In the second half we went all the way with a bunch of socials and some good crowd splitters. Our trophy holders still clinged to their lead but they were closely followed by The Terminated. But we all know that to ensure victory, you need to nail that final question and when you have this many competitive squads, you need to wager boldly. And tonight, none were bolder than our new champ… Lenny’s Girl!

It was another great game of Survey Sez at Touchdown in Dover last Tuesday night. You guys had some pretty awesome and funny answers to a lot of the questions. Last Tuesday I asked you to draw anything you want that was fall themed, and you did not disappoint. I really enjoy those little drawings done hastily on a cell phone screen in a bar! Touchdown- Survey Sez- 3/25/25

Tuesdays at Touchdown are always a good time. We had a great crowd with 9 teams playing and everyone was in great spirits.  Draw a Flower  next week for your art bonus.  The first half was hotly contested and the lead was claimed early by our defending champions, The Terminated , followed closely by  Safe Word Tomahawk. The second half saw a ton of scoring and  Safe Word Tomahawk  jumped to the top of our leaderboard, trailed by The Super Hip Incredible Team.  In the end, a bold wager was required to claim our trophy and that is just what we got from The Super Hip Incredible Team and that's why they're the champs! 1.  The Super Hip Incredible Team  ($40 Prize) 2. Touchdown - Survey Sez - 5/28/24

Well we had a fun night last week at Touchdown Survey Sez...despite lighting failures lol. Chics and Dudes started us off with a great answer to the on time bonus question.  In round 2 I got to see some very nice pictures of fire hydrants. Next week to get those extra points for the super secret round 2 art bonus draw me an orange. (2 colors for 10 points - 1 color for 6 points) By the halftime Chics and Dudes had gotten themselves into first place and were looking to finish out the game on top. We had a lot of laughs along the way. So many silly answers to the questions. At the end of round 6, Salt n Peppa had gotten themselves into the top spot and it was looking like they could win for a second week in a row. As usual, the final question stumped everyone and the teams' wagers decided the winner. Congratulations to Salt n Peppa for a second win in a row! Chics and Dudes managed to secure second place and took home the second place prize.  As always, we had a great time last week ...
