Touchdown- Survey Sez- 10-28-25

Another awesome Tuesday at Touchdown. Survey Sez…. We had another great time! All in all we had 7 squads join us this fine evening and some one was always gonna go home with the prizes. Next week, at round 2 question 1, draw a desert for your art bonus.

 

Things started off with a ton of points rolling in and a few laughs to go around. Nobody had more points or laughs for that matter, than More Sass Than Class, our halftime leaders. In the second half, we saw some teams rise and others fall off the map, but we kept trucking along all the same. One thing that wasn’t the same was the top of the leaderboard, which was now occupied by Safe Word Tomahawk. But our final question was a tough one to crack, so discretion may have been the better part of valor on this night. And if anyone is discreet, its our new champions… Safe Word Tomahawk!

Touchdown- Survey Sez- 11-18-25

Tuesdays at Touchdown are always a good time and that was certainly true this Tuesday. We had a solid 9 squads vying for our title and a great mix of regulars with some sharp new teams.  Next week, at round 2 question 1, draw a Ninja for your art bonus.   The first half kicked off with a solid round of laughs and a fair amount of points across the board. But nobody got off to a faster start then halftime leaders, 2000 and Late . As we moved through half number 2, the standings got shaken up a bit, but 2000 and Late only fell to 2 nd place behind Disorder .  Now with a group like this, you can usually bet somebody will nail the final and most teams will likely bet a hefty amount, but it doesn’t always play out that way. On a night like this, you might get one team correctly identifying the final question and that may be the only team who wagered 0 points. And in that case, you end up with…. well, Disorder! At the top as our new champions. ...

Touchdown - Survey Sez - 5/28/24

Well we had a fun night last week at Touchdown Survey Sez...despite lighting failures lol. Chics and Dudes started us off with a great answer to the on time bonus question.  In round 2 I got to see some very nice pictures of fire hydrants. Next week to get those extra points for the super secret round 2 art bonus draw me an orange. (2 colors for 10 points - 1 color for 6 points) By the halftime Chics and Dudes had gotten themselves into first place and were looking to finish out the game on top. We had a lot of laughs along the way. So many silly answers to the questions. At the end of round 6, Salt n Peppa had gotten themselves into the top spot and it was looking like they could win for a second week in a row. As usual, the final question stumped everyone and the teams' wagers decided the winner. Congratulations to Salt n Peppa for a second win in a row! Chics and Dudes managed to secure second place and took home the second place prize.  As always, we had a great time last week ...

Touchdown- Survey Sez- 3/25/25

Tuesdays at Touchdown are always a good time. We had a great crowd with 9 teams playing and everyone was in great spirits.  Draw a Flower  next week for your art bonus.  The first half was hotly contested and the lead was claimed early by our defending champions, The Terminated , followed closely by  Safe Word Tomahawk. The second half saw a ton of scoring and  Safe Word Tomahawk  jumped to the top of our leaderboard, trailed by The Super Hip Incredible Team.  In the end, a bold wager was required to claim our trophy and that is just what we got from The Super Hip Incredible Team and that's why they're the champs! 1.  The Super Hip Incredible Team  ($40 Prize) 2.
